Boxing Day was anticipated by many sneaker freakers because a limited edition of Air Jordan 12 'Gammas' were on sale in the US. Sales of limited editions bring out people willing to wait hours in the cold and pay hundreds of dollars for a pair of sneakers. The Air Jordans released cost $170 a pair and were sold out at all the stores. The shoes are already selling on eBay for $250 to $300.
